Big Board Cribbage is the work of John Parsons and Susun McCulla, two dedicated cribbage players who run a proverbial Mom & Pop Shop located in residential Idaho Falls. WE LOVE CRIBBAGE!
Parsons & McCulla have been together for 34 years recording many adventures through The Western US. Not only are they obsessive cribbage players but they are also the quintessential Happy Campers!
Parsons is known as "Mister Verde River" in the Verde Valley of Arizona. That area includes iconic Sedona's Red Rock Country along with The Jerome Ghost Town, Montezuma Castle National Monument, Fort Verde State Park and the bucolic farmlands of Cornville, Cottonwood and Camp Verde. The 40-acre Parsons Preserve was named in John's honor in 2019. The couple is shown here following Parsons' engagement as keynote speaker for the 30th Anniversary of Verde River Days at Dead Horse State Park in Cottonwood.
Susun is a Lover of Rivers and Wild Places whose Life Story reads like a captivating novel. She is filled with creative ideas and always ready, willing and able to dive into a project to make things better. For BBC, Susun is making custom canvas carry bags for The Big Boards. They are a work of love and thoughtfulness. She is The Guiding Light and Inspiration behind the BBC business.
